Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return or refund.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

Some products may not be eligible for return (customized, digital, perishable products, etc.).

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact customer service
  2. Provide the order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return instructions

No returns will be accepted without prior validation.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the refund is approved:

  • It will be processed via the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5 to 10 business days

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged products. In this case, the customer must contact us promptly.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

9. Unreceived Packages

In the event of an unreceived package, an investigation will be opened with the carrier before any decision on a refund or reshipment.
